5. I, the undersigned registrant/subscriber agree that this FREE or PREMIUM membership Agreement / Waiver shall become effective upon delivery and receipt of video streams and/or downloads ordered and remain effective regardless of the identity of recipient of the video stream or download. I, the undersigned agree that I am paying monies for labor (transfer and/or archival) done & materials (video master source). I further agree that I am not paying monies for any intellectual matter contained in the video streams or downloads. I also agree that I in no way shall hold the seller and or supplier liable for the release of any intellectual matter which may be contained in the video streams or downloads.
6. By registering for a FREE membership or subscribing to a PREMIUM membership, I declare that I am 18 years of age or older. If I intend to view any material classified as Adult material, – I declare that I am 21 years of age or older. I further certify that I am not a city, county, state, or federal law enforcement officer or official of the U.S. Postal Service, registering or subscribing to the FREE or PREMIUM membership to seek evidence for the prosecution or harassment of any individual or organization.
7. I am authorizing FilmFunnel.com to allow me access to various films on the FilmFunnel.com website for the purpose of criticism, review, and private home use. I am NOT purchasing or viewing this material to seek evidence against seller in any fashion, legal or otherwise. I will not furnish material to minors. I will not use this material for the purpose of prosecution, litigation, or defamation of the seller. Misleading information will be considered fraud and misrepresentation.
